Greetings from my very first #secondment! Being at a different lab introduced me to a different set of methods, focusing on the production of #NMOs (nitrogen-hydroxylating #monooxygenases). Carolin Schaefer, who you can see in the picture, introduced me to the respective lab workflows. Thank you so much, Carolin!Â
For the remaining time, we will proceed to testing NMOs on selected substrates using the cascades of Lindelo Mguni, who is currently on his secondment in the Netherlands. I am excited to eventually implement all those new techniques into my enzymatic cascade!Â
