I was excited to be a speaker at Science on Tap, a popular science event in Göttingen where I had the opportunity to talk about my #research in front of a general audience in a pub.
My talk was titled “The Mystery of the Flipped Molecule” and dealt with the peculiar asymmetric structures of my #enzymes. Explaining complex scientific concepts in a simple and engaging manner was both challenging and extremely fun.
The questions and conversations with the audience made the evening even more enjoyable.
A big thank you to the organizers for creating a space where #science can reach beyond classrooms!
