Hello from sunny Barcelona! ☀️
Not long after returning to Göttingen from my previous #secondment, it was already time to pack my bags again — this time for my industrial secondment at Zymvol Biomodeling.
Here, I’m collaborating with Ferran Sancho and Mahdi Hassankalhori to explore the dynamics of my enzymatic system using simulations. I have already begun analyzing the trajectories from the first set of simulations and am eager to uncover insights that will complement the project’s X-ray structural and kinetic data.
It’s exciting to see how computational approaches can shed light on enzyme catalysis and bridge the gap between structure and function.
