Congratulations to #BiodeCCodiNNg DC5 Nikita Pal, DC1 Simon Schröder, Prof. Karl Gruber, and Prof. Sandy Schmidt on their recently published research in ChemBioChem 🎉
In this study, they report the X-ray structure of a PZS, structural analysis, and molecular dynamics simulations that provide insights into cofactor binding, active-site architecture, and enzymatic N─N bond formation.
