On the 12th and 13th November, our DCs had the opportunity to attend an insightful webinar hosted by one of our partners CLIB on career development, and it was packed with practical strategies and reminders about how they can grow both professionally and personally.
They explored four key areas:
🗂️ Project Management – How to plan effectively, stay organized, and deliver results with clarity and confidence.
⏱️ Self & Time Management – Techniques for prioritization, building beneficial habits that stick, and maintaining time-energy balance in a fast-paced environment.
💬 Communication – The importance of clear, intentional communication and how it shapes collaboration and trust.
🌟 Leadership – What it means to lead with purpose, influence others positively, and the various leadership styles one can adopt.
The DCs walked away feeling motivated and better equipped to take on upcoming challenges as they start the final stages of their projects with a refreshed mindset and a stronger toolkit.
